28-Apr Final Exam Information
Final Exams for MS and US – Scheduled for 5/20-5/22
Final exams will be adjusted this year in length and content. Teachers will modify their final exams to shorten them in length, covering only the necessary content taught during the second semester. No new content will be delivered past May 15th and review days will be May 18th and 19th. Typically, students complete each exam during a two-hour period, however, due to the modification in exam length, students should be able to complete final exams within one hour to one and one-half hours.
Exams will be administered during the day on May 20th, 21st, and 22nd. Exams will be administered in a variety of ways, which may include take home exams, proctored Zoom exams, oral exams, or some other format. Teachers will notify students of their exam guidelines and expectations by May 9th. Also, please visit our lpsvirtual.org website for updates to exam administration.
If exams are administered through the Zoom platform, the following scheduled will be followed. If exams are handled in a different format (e.g., take home exam), teachers will establish their own schedule, but all exams must be completed and submitted by Friday, May 22, 2020 by 4:00pm.
An Honor Code statement will be printed at the top of all exams. Students will need to check that they agree to abide by the Honor Code of LPS.
